Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive what you typed: your first and last name, your work email, your company, its website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the form came from. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. That might be a buyer map, a question back to you, or a reply to whatever you asked. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to a list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed, then for up to 12 months in case you come back to it. After that we delete them.

Who sees it

We do. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. The services that host this site and pass the form to us handle them only to do that job.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees an ordinary request from your browser when a page opens.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hailey.drake@medtechmeetings.co, or send the form with your request, and we will act on it. If we ever write to you and you reply stop, we stop.

If this notice changes, the new version will be on this page.
